We use a lo..ot of glue! Everytime I go to buy some, I buy in bulk! Not only does he loves squeezing glue, he forgets to put the cap on and so it dries up... every...damn..time! Putting on the cap is one thing I just can't get him to do. For this activity all we need is some yarn, glue, and paint.
I let him squeeze out a full tube of glue over his drawing sheet. He then spread it all over the sheet with a spatula. Then cut some yarn with his scissors into random lengths and he 'dropped' over the glue, to form squiggles.
I 'pat' it down with the other end of the spatula.
Then he picked two colors and began coloring within the spaces! Although glue cracked a bit after drying, it turned out pretty okay.
Suggest using plastic bristled brushes for glue related painting! we used our normal ones, they didn't get spoilt thankfully!
